Here is a useful section of frequently asked questions. You will find the answers you need to configure and manage your Majesty Translator experience.
Why my Translator suddenly stop to translate ?
There may be some reasons why TMajesty no longer translates.
One of the main reasons is that you have run out of available translation characters.
Note
To check this, simply run the /stats command (this command responds with a browsable messages panels) and check the panel titled ‘General Stats’ for ‘Chars Balance’.
The second most common reason concerns permissions in Discord channels. If the channel where you would like TMajesty to perform translations is a private channel, i.e. where the @everyone role does not have access, we recommend adding the role ‘Majesty Translator’ to these channels, which you will find in the list of roles on your server.
Tip
Basically, by adding its role to these channels, you give TMajesty all the permissions it needs to do its job.

Is Majesty Translator free ?
Why go around the question? The answer is NO…but let us to explain you why.
Majesty Translator, unlike some other translators, focuses on speed of interaction and quality of translations. These qualities come at a cost, both in terms of professional translation engines and also server infrastructure. We could have offered a Free service using translation engines at no cost, but of very poor quality. Our aim is to offer a super-fast and high-quality service. We want to show you that our BOT deserves your attention and therefore we still offer the possibility to test it by offering the first 8,000 characters (about ~200 translations) for free.
Tip
Anyway, we give those who have very low traffic on their Discord server the opportunity to use TMajesty for FREE tanks to the VOTING functionality and thus gaining a daily amount of free translation characters. The daily free characters are for obvious reasons limited, but in some use cases may be sufficient. On the other hand, you can help us grow our bot with the voting system. Are there some restrictions ?
Absolutely No, there are no restrictions or limitations on the use of the BOT. All currently implemented and all future functionalities are available. Even in the TRIAL phase they are all active. The only limitations concern the type of character packages that will be purchased. Some packages have additional features than others (take a look here) , but basically all the translation functionalities of the bot are available to all.
Why Majesty Translator do not support my language ?
At today, our bot supports up to 40 languages. These are basically the most spoken languages in the world. However, we may consider expanding the list of supported languages. Feel free to make your request by contacting us on our Discord server
If I have more than one Discord server ?
If you have more than one Discord server, you can consider using dedicated Premium Packs for each one, or take advantage of the ability to share some Packs across multiple Discord servers. These are the features of the current Premium Packs available in terms of the sharing feature and the monthly giveaway.

Note
To manage the sharing functionality, you need to operate only from Web-Dashboard. Just to authenticate by Discord on our website, select your Discord server where is loaded the package from the list on the left, then in “Built in Package History” click on “+” symbol on the right of your package infos. Will be open a dialog window with the list of elegible Discord servers for sharing package. In accordance with the max number of sharing server, select on the dialog window the others Discord servers where you want to share your package.
As the sharing enabler, the giveaway is also an added value for those who purchase a pack. It is a monthly gift that is activated for 12 months when the pack usage starts. So, it’s not related to the date of purchase of the pack, but to the date of its start of use (basically at its first chars charging).

What is the Dashboard ?
Basically, you can configure TMajesty just with “slash commands” (e.g. /setup channel) working directly into your Discord server. This is the main way to manage TMajesty. Dashboard is a graphics user interface that help you to set some simple configurations (e.g. select the main engine, choice your preferred flag style..and so on), help you to manage your packs sharing (refer to “If I have more than one Discord server ?”) and also simplify the view of your stats. We are working to improve Dashboard with other interesting functions and facilities.
